Hive Enterprises Announcement 

After giving it some thought, we spoke our visions out loud, manifested clients together and just like that, within 24 hours, HiveSMART Consulting welcomed its largest client to date.

During the preliminary stages of the Hive’s development, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer Bridgette Corridan asked me: “What do you really want?” on the balcony at the Hive’s first ever board meeting. After giving it some thought, we spoke our visions out loud, manifested clients together and just like that, within 24 hours, HiveSMART Consulting welcomed its largest client to date.  

That moment was pivotal to everything we’ve built since that day. The intersection of who Bridgette is—and who I am—sparked the foundation for the organization we are today. It’s a unique combination of beings, balancing each other, that makes our work shine so much more brilliantly together than it ever could a part.


I’ve been reflecting on that question and why we do what we do. Our work isn’t just about strategy, consulting and launching new ventures—it’s about freedom. It’s about helping people and organizations break free from cycles that hold them back, so they can become who they’re truly meant to be.

It's been quite a busy first half of the year and to continue to evolve with the needs of our organization as we support clients and survivors, I am excited to share some exciting news – the launch of Hive Enterprises.  

Hive Enterprises will serve as an umbrella organization over our existing three verticals, HiveSMART Consulting, HiveSTRONG and soon-to-be-launched HiveHEALTH.  These entities are three parts of one mission. Together, they create an ecosystem that blends strategy, healing, and human-centered innovation to help people and organizations thrive.  

Hive Enterprises will allow us to align shared infrastructure, elevate cross-entity synergy, and ensure long-term sustainability. This new structure will not change what we do, but instead, help us do it better.  Our core purpose remains unchanged: breaking limited cycles and unleashing human potential across sectors, communities and systems.  

Leadership structure that reflects our community’s values

In addition to the launch of Hive Enterprises, as our organization grows, I now see the need for a leadership team to ensure we are aligned. Effective immediately, the new leadership team for Hive Enterprises will be:  

  • Rachael Kelly, Chief Executive Officer: Guides Hive Enterprises with her unshakable vision, values-aligned strategy, and deep experience in client delivery, leadership and healing-centered business transformation.  
  • Bridgette Corridan, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer: Bringing 25 years of global corporate experience managing talent teams and executives, she empowers clients to identify their values, articulate their vision, and confidently express their authentic voice. Her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development is complemented by her strong focus on sound healing, mindfulness and overall wellness.  
  • Udarie Fernando, Chief Operations and Social Impact Officer: With a multifunctional background as an attorney, corporate social responsibility and environmental, social and governance leader, and advisor to c-suite leadership, Udarie leads operations and is a senior consultant guiding clients looking to expand their organization’s impact.  
  • Maranda Jean, Chief People Officer and Director of HiveSTRONG: With a background as a human resources leader and expert in trauma-informed organizational development, Maranda is the heart of the Hive’s people work. She brings extensive experience in building high-performing teams, leadership coaching, and shaping workplace cultures rooted in trust and empowerment. Maranda leads our survivor-focused programming and ensures that the organization’s culture lives up to its mission.
  • Pamela Morales, Chief of Staff: With over 12 years of experience in executive operations, strategic execution and organizational leadership, Pamela brings sharp insight and unwavering dependability to the Hive. Serving as the organization's rock since the beginning, Pamela serves as the go-to architect and administrative expert for the organization.    

For those of you who are new to the organization and its services, here is an overview of what we offer:  

  • HiveSTRONG: Is the foundation of the organization, delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed care to survivors of emotional, financial, and psychological abuse and human trafficking. Since its launch, HiveSTRONG has demonstrated remarkable success, serving over 40 survivors with an 88% rate of achieving long-term stability and 82% successfully leaving abusive situations on their first attempt.  
  • HiveSMART Consulting: Extends the organization's impact by offering consulting services to businesses and organizations at critical transition points, helping them navigate from challenge to coherence. The consulting arm has achieved significant results, delivering hundreds of thousands in client savings, supporting executive transitions and leadership hiring, and helping launch integrated go-to-market strategies for CPG and retail brands. Offerings include executive coaching, HR transformation, startup scaling, M&A integrations, team interventions, strategic planning, culture design, board development, and talent systems.
  • HiveHEALTH: Later this year, Hive Enterprises will launch its newest vertical, providing evolved whole-human healthcare services to the general public.
